Hi! I'm Dr. April Dawn Lucero, founder of Plated Prescriptions.

I am passionate about people finding wellness in all aspects of their lives. Majority of the conditions and diseases seen in primary care is related to our lifestyle (78%). Thus, I took Lifestyle Medicine and Plant-Based Culinary to help carry the advocacy of healthy living and to help empower people to live healthier & more meaningful lives.
